KROKUS Singer Schedules 'Unplugged' Performance
March 18, 2004ACOUSTICAL MOUNTAIN, a Swiss "semi-unplugged trio" featuring KROKUS singer Marc Storace, will perform three half-hour sets (starting at 4:30 p.m.) at "Street Fair" in Verbier, Switzerland this coming Saturday, March 20. This event is directly connected with the world-famous Xtreme snowboard contest being held in Verbier this weekend. For more information, click here.
As previously reported, KROKUS' most recent studio album, "Rock the Block", is scheduled to receive its long-overdue U.S. release on June 1 through Reality Entertainment. A U.S. "comeback" tour is expected to follow in August.
"Rock The Block", debuted at No. 1 on the Swiss Album chart upon its release in January 2003 and has since achieved platinum status in the band's home country.
The CD, which was recorded at Soundlake Studio in Lausanne, Switzerland, is the group's first since being rejoined by Storace and guitarist Fernando von Arb.
